Divide the egg yolks from the whites - in a mixer put the egg yolks with 90g of sugar and beat until it forms a light and foamy cream - in another container whip the egg whites with 50g sugar - combine the two mixtures and add the flour stirring from top to bottom - spread the mixture on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper - Bake in preheated oven at 220° for about 7 minutes - before you take it out make sure it's well cooked by inserting a toothpick - once pulled out sprinkle sugar on the surface and cover with plastic wrap - Once cooled peel it off the parchment paper - stuff it with Nutella and whipped cream and roll it - sprinkle the surface with icing sugar before serving.
